Plasterer

Plastering a ceiling is a tedious task. Plasterboard patches are an alternative if you don't have the skills to plaster a ceiling. You may need to redecorate your room if you use this method.

To achieve uniformity, plasters are laid in layers. Similar to concrete-laying, the plastering process can be done in layers. A plasterer will use a "straight edge" or screed to cut off excess render. The plasterer will then score the surface with either a float, or a smooth and wooden tool.
